Get to Know Us
At ZB3 Real Estate, syndication is about more than real estate. We partner with people who want to own apartments without running them, and we work to provide clean, safe, well-managed homes for our residents. After years of investing on our own, we started ZB3 to bring partners along and to improve the communities we buy into.

Our Strategy
ZB3 Real Estate focuses on value-add apartment communities on Colorado's Front Range, mostly Class B and C buildings with 30 to 120 units built between 1960 and 1999. We look for properties where better management, rents brought to market over time, fair utility billing and targeted renovations can improve how the building runs and how it serves residents. We underwrite conservatively, keep reserves, and plan to hold each property for several years.
